Position Overview:

We are seeking an L2 Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) and Global Remote Access (GRA) Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting the implementation, monitoring, and management of ARCON's EPM and GRA solutions. The primary responsibility will be to assist in ensuring that endpoint remote access and privileges are effectively controlled, monitored, and maintained, while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Technical Skills: Experience in Infrastructure, Application Security and Network Security skills

Responsibilities:

· Provide proactive communication and resolve complex technical issues, serving as a point of escalation for the L1 team.

· Offer efficient, high-level technical support to customers, demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills for intricate issues.

· Perform expert-level analysis and troubleshooting for complex technical issues related to endpoint privilege management, global remote access, and security systems.

· Collaborate with both L1 and L2 teams to enhance support quality, improve processes, and increase operational efficiency.

· Analyze and interpret user problems effectively, offering precise solutions with minimal supervision.

· Maintain comprehensive records of technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and leading key improvements in the implementation process.

· Manage and escalate complex or unresolved incidents in a timely and appropriate manner, ensuring they are addressed effectively.

· Provide technical training and mentorship to L1 and junior team members, fostering their skill development.

· Possess deep expertise in cybersecurity, application security, network security, and malware analysis, ensuring the implementation of robust security measures.

· Demonstrate strong analytical skills, applying them to conduct risk assessments, data analysis, and information security audits.

· Effectively evaluate complex technical information, identify security vulnerabilities, and recommend actionable solutions to mitigate risks.

· Showcase excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, especially under pressure.

· Ensure attention to detail in security processes, ensuring full compliance with organizational and industry standards.
